I was searching nationwide for a used BMW i8 (over 100k car), so I've called and dealt with a number of salespersons during that time. Justin was able to help me evaluate the car long distance, noted every minor detail (including a TINY little ding in the doorframe), and was open to being 'schooled' on features he was previously unaware of. I ended up not being able to get the car (Justin's car was a close second) because his manager was not quick enough with the final pricing. I wish there were more salespeople like Justin, so that used car dealerships could get a better reputation.

had our 2015 Cadillac serviced today. From the time I drove into the service bay until the time I left, I was treated with the utmost respect. Everyone was professional. They got the work done in a timely manner. The waiting room was comfortable and spotless. They even had a guest internet connection that was amazing. I could not have asked more from my service advisor, Josh Banning. My tech was Julian Kalata. All the work was done to my satisfaction. The lady at the desk where I paid was friendly and efficient. Kudos to Cadillac Fort Walton Beach for having wonderful customer service during this time when it is hard to find even mediocre customer service!

I was shopping for a Toyota Tundra TRD Pro and found several across the country. Sent a message to Trey about the one he had from a recent trade. Trey answered all my questions, sent video and pics, and to be honest, went above and beyond to seal the deal. Out of all the dealers I contacted, Trey was the only one that put forth the effort to stay in touch via calls and text. I booked a flight to Ft Walton Bch from Wichita this past Saturday. Trey picked me up in the Tundra and less than 2 hours later I was on my way driving the Tundra back home. This is how buying a vehicle should be! Took my car in due to the Navigation system not displaying maps. Austin Tipton was the service advisor who assisted me. He was very helpful and professional and got my 2022 XT5 repaired and back on the road in short order with the Navigation now functioning. They determined the Sim Card was defective and replace it. i highly recommend and team at Ft Walton Beach.
