I have been a loyal GMC customer for years and have been to plenty of service departments across the US, but Buick GMC Fort Walton was the best! They were WAY more personable, and treated you like they were your friend, not just a number. The team members will explain everything to you, and let you feel a part of the decision-making process. The facility is clean and welcoming, and I will give them my business anytime!
Bought a hellcat from the dealership, Macy and a couple other people are very nice to help me with getting the vehicle 11/10. This is also the best dealership I’ve ever been to, without being followed around and being bothered like other ones that I’ve been to.

Warranty service repair / vehicle became undrivable. I dropped my vehicle off the evening before my appointed time. I was told I’d be given updates early the next day. I did not receive any updates and had to reach out myself to multiple people, eventually reaching the customer resolution liasion. Additionally, I was without a vehicle for 3 days. No loaner vehicles were available for me. No diagnosis was immediately or subsequently made in order to authorize me a rental. I was without transportation for work. My vehicle has 18,000 miles. Have bought 7 new vehicles in my life. These guys still run the dealership like a family and made my purchase an enjoyable experience. They weren't shoving all the "extras" down your throat and it was he best buy of the 7! I'd definitely recommend them. Rob was especially great!

Took some pictures of my truck and walked me to his office. Explained all the processes and told me how the pricing worked. I had a warranty from a third party and he explained the deductible. I came in on a Saturday to sell my son's car. He recently died and this was the last painful step in that process. These folks were extremely friendly and efficient. In just a few minutes they gave me an offer for the car. I shopped around to several other locations, but not only were they less generous, in several cases they were less friendly. On Monday I was back and sold them the car. Again very efficient and friendly. Quick and easy and on my way...so I whole heartedly recommend them.

We recently purchased a used vehicle. No hassles, our salesman Tyler Brush and his team made the process simple and easy. He worked hard to get the price where we needed to be. They made sure servicing and the car met our specifications. We Followed up with the dealership with an after purchase service trip which was Excellent. We Love our Cadillac!! My 7 year old even says wow mom what a nice vehicle.
Kimberly was awesome and the whole process was very easy. From setting up the appointment online to check-in to picking up the vehicle. They got my vehicle done and had it back to me same day. I know not every job is as easy but I'm glad my truck didn't just sit on the back lot for 2-3 before being worked on.
